Location Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Description Normally I wouldn't post friend spots, but this was too good not to post. Minutes after I saw the Huracan, my friend sent me this picture of an F12 he saw at Food Lion. I've never caught one on camera myself, so this is the only F12 I'll be able to post for a while. He said the owner accelerated through the puddle when he left, but his phone died right after this picture so he couldn't get shots of that.
Thanks Ruben! Glad you got one on camera, this is my friend's shot! I've yet to capture one on camera myself, hopefully that time will come this summer!
Hi Nick my brother has been in La Jolla now for a week, and his first car he seen there without intentionally spotting was a silver Spyker. Of course he had to text me to let me know about it to rub it into my face Haha. in fact he was so lazy he did not cross the street to get a closer look lol. He is just so used to seeing outrages cars in Florida. He does take good shots, when we are at a race track together.
Damn West, even though my brother isn't a huge car nerd, he still likes to stop and snap pics of most exotic cars. I'm sure he'll start snapping some pics one of these days!
If he lives in Myrtle Beach or any of the ridiculously wealthy areas such as Hilton Head Island, he wouldn't have seen anything that I've seen (most of my spottings have come just south of the NC/SC border near Carowinds), but so far I've seen two Bentley Continental GTCs, a Chevy Corvette ZR1, 2 Dodge Vipers (one was leaving the neighborhood my aunt used to live in), gated manual Ferrari F360 Spider, Lotus Elise (owned by someone in my aunt's old neighborhood), a Maserati GranCabrio, and a couple other exotics right near the state line such as a Mercedes SLS AMG (right after it had been released) and a Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster. Someones dad that goes to my cousin's school has an F360 Modena as well, but I haven't spotted it yet.
He said he knows of an older Rolls and a DeLorean in his neighborhood, he says he'll keep me posted! And just so he knows what to look for, what was it you missed?
Tell him to snap pictures of everything he sees, because there are some very impressive exotics in SC. I've seen several but either wasn't into spotting at the time, or flat out missed them.
