Oh yeah, but I was curious formyself, and figured it would be a good addition to this. I agree though, it could be so much more pretty. It is a bit like putting a Ferrari badge, and fake louvers on a Corvette, then calling it a 458 Speciale. It makes it look sad, and a Ferrari shouldn't looks sad.
@Werner Lol, in Texas they require 2 plates, but there's a loophole in the system where people can get away with 1 plate, I see it all the time, occasionally in Illinois as well!
Unfortunately, you are required to mount/have a front plate in almost all states in the northeast USA except for Pennsylvania and Delaware I think; cops can be sticklers about this rule. It doesn't look like there was any better place to mount it, though I would've just placed the plate on the dashboard if it were my car so you could see the plate through the windshield (not sure if there's a mounting rule that prohibits front plates from being placed on the dash though...)
