A lot of the exotics I see in DC have either MD or VA plates. I’m sure some of them live in MD or VA, but some of them live in DC and just register their car in another state. There are also services that can register your car in other states that you don’t live in (that is why a lot of exotics have Montana plates). Another weird thing I noticed is quite a few exotics I see in the dmv area have either MD Dealer plates (not temp tags, just plates that say “dealer”) or VA “independent dealer plates” (plates that start with vertical “I D”). I can’t find these cars for sale anywhere and some of them are privately owned as I can find them on Instagram. I wonder if there is a way of claiming your a dealer to avoid taxes. Not sure though.
@Nathan1409 I don’t know who the owner is. But I do know that they live at CityCenter because their car is parked there (not right now though, they left and this car was spotted once in Atlanta, so they’re out of town). There are also a couple pictures of this car on Instagram.
