Nice spot and shot. It is sad that people buy these 400k cars and dislike when people take pics. If you buy a Ferrari or any exotic or recognizable car, you are asking for attention. So, expect pics to be taken!

The owner is so wrong. If he buys a Ferrari, of course he'll get pictures taken of it! There is nothing he can do about it as it is in a public setting and it would be a total waste of time if he took you to court as there is no real case there. There is probably more of a case for him driving while on his phone.
