Ferrari 599GTB spotted in Lakeville, Connecticut

    Hot 599 HGTE. Hopefully this will make everybody more happy, since this was with the normal spectator cars, and not with the designated Ferrari area. Anyone know the best way to see if a 599's an HGTE??

Is written on both the seats. Nobody would change the seats just to have the "HGTE" emblema ;)

Andrewo, every ferrari since 2008 has carbon brakes as standard so unfortunately that's not a way of telling. With the 599 any dealer can add the HGTE pkg to a 2008 or newer car if it did not come from the factory, so besides for the wheel's and exhaust (I don't remember the bars on the front grille from my friends Dad's HGTE) the easiest way to tell is to ask the owner lol. Most likely if it has the wheels and exhaust it is an HGTE, but those can be added a the dealer without the ECU re-flash and interior upgrades.
