The Spyder is also the only one to have the "flying buttresses" behind the cabin. This is definitely a Spyder.

@Jizzy, nope, it's definitely the spyder. The part over the engine cover on a regular 458 is see-through so you can see the engine. Here, you can see it's all red painted aluminum or carbon fiber or w.e metal it is that covers the engine.
