    My jaw dropped when I first saw this 288GTO. I had seen it once before about 3 years ago, but the owner finally brought it out again. This is my most desirable Ferrari, would take it over any other. The owner drives his cars all the time, doesn't keep them locked away collecting dust in a garage.

I see, he is still hunting for the right one. He buys his cars as an investment, so it needs to be the right price. He bought the 288 GTO for $475,000 10 years ago, and one with 35,000kms just sold for 1.25 million. His has 7,000kms.
