Details on This Ferrari 250:
Location Beverly Hills, California
Description Bueller, Bueller... The ultra rare Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spider at the Valet stand at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills followed by a LaFerrari. A 458 Italia Spider and F12 Berlinetta are just past. So Choice.
@MigMach Thank you so much for the kind words. The 250 is certainly one of those dream Ferraris. Both my partner and I were discussing how much has changed with Ferrari since the Inters, 250s, and 350s of the 50's and 60's and how the both of us (given the opportunity) would take one of the early models over newer models (like the LaFerrari) any day. As for editor's choice... well.... I won't make waves ;)
IMO one of the most beautiful cars ever designed! That 250 is wonderful and the shot is fantastic, great angle and so... Not quite a fan of the F70 (great idea @nomadicwanderer), but looks nice in the picture and certainly complements the shot.
Pity you did not get Editor's choice over the Blue Aberration... :D
Neither were definitely not you then. These two guys were there from the time I pulled in around 9:15am until I went back up to the conference two hours later. They were certainly all over the Pagani and LaFerrari for sure and made an appearance in a number of my "toss" shots.
hmm not sure. I had grey shorts on and a blue/black shirt with a camera bag around me. I was in that Valet for about an hour. I was there when the 250 arrived until the Huayra leaving.
@burdmanmarc877 If my photos are anything... you were either a dark haired gent wearing a white t-shirt/dark shorts/Blue? Sneakers or sandy blonde haired with a red shirt/grey shorts. If either is the case I've got you kneeling down just behind the LaFerrari mid-shot. Always happy to share if you want a copy.
@DJShift - A beautiful car in person really. I have more shots but we're still determining which will make it to our Fall issue :D
@burdmanmarc877 I honestly don't know :D I was at valet three times - once to drop off my own car, once to shoot around 11:30am, and then back again when I left. Ferrari held their press breakfast at the Four Seasons so I was on the move fairly quickly. Me: Blonde with a black blazer, black sneakers, white T and jeans.
