    Because 1 Donkervoort isn't enough! A huge amount of Donkervoorts (18!, and a Lotus Exige S) came to a hotel near to where I live. Just to make myself clear: this is NOT an event. These Donkervoorts were on a drive, and it wasn't announced that they would stay in this hotel, or even in this city. That red/white tape was there to make sure that no other cars would park in the spaces reserved for the Donkervoorts.
