Awesome find! Haven't seen one of these newer Vipers around Raleigh in a while. Can't tell if it's an ACR or just a regular Viper with a wing though. Definitely doesn't have the 'ACR Extreme' package, so it's tough to tell.

The best month for spotting depends on where you are. In general it is a summer month, maybe July or August.
