Wow! I know this car...it's a very rare 2006 Dodge Viper Snakeskin from the Dodge dealership offering. You could place your order with any Dodge dealership and buy the 2006 Snakeskin option (not to be confused with later Snakeskin Green 2017 Vipers). Dodge worked the details out with the Prefix company (a company that already painted all Dodge Vipers made). Only seven 2006 Dodge SnakeSkin Vipers were ever made (originally were to build only 20). They were a $24K add-on option for the snakeskin package which was elaborate in it's interior.
