I've seen this guy at SCS. I didn't get a chance to talk to the owner but this design does look like it is based on the GTS-R concept, more than a Hennessey. This thing I THINK has NOS. I gotta go back to my archives of photos and check if that is true.

The funny thing is the when I was in middle school, I was walking to school and I saw GTS-R concept, I have never seen it again and probably never will.
