This is not wrapped, it was made like this by Bugatti, as the four Centenaire. But it's not really a special edition, it's called the 669 Edition because it was written on the doors (no more now) and inside. The first owner wanted this.

Yes, it was delivered in Paris, then seized (so put in auctions in Paris), bought by a dealer in Monaco, then for sale in Paris at another auction (but not sold) and finally back in Paris for good !
