I think it is this car cause a while ago oi got a email of this car and who owned it so on ... And I am pretty sure its this one

A lot of great info guys. I've got nothing on the owner, except that he is the one who probably owns the Carbon Fiber Huayra as well as the Mansory Empire Edition Veyron :)

Well , I suppose he did because if I can recall , this car , due to the colour scheme , looks exactly like the one that was owned by , if correct , the son of sheikh Al Maktoum . Apparently , he purchased the car for 5 000 000 pounds , and had the only number plate in the UAE with 1 written on it .

This looks like the Pegaso (notice the chrome letters on the door). Owned by some Russian who actually lives in the Burj al Arab. Didn't think 1000hp was enough, so he had it boosted to 1200. From what I've read, the lower the number on the plate the more important the owner. Plates with up to 3 digits are usually royalty. He must have bought it off some Sheikh meaning it's quite likely that it cost more than the car. Gorgeous colours.
