BMW M5 spotted in Glen Ellyn, Illinois

    I was heading out of DM Motorsports and saw this parked across the street at a stakehouse. It is an E34 M5 Touring, one of 891 built. I was very surprised to see it as I doubt many of these are in the US. UPDATE - This is imported as they were never officially sold here! (source - AlpinaYLO)

It's imported. BMW never sold ///M wagons here ever. The majority of the E34 M5 Tourings that were imported reside in California.

By the way, the owner has it on bags.

Fun fact: the VERY first production M5 E34 Touring resides in California.
