Meh well its still confusing to me exotics are anywhere on the east coast besides sterling, miami, maybe nyc

Those two areas aren't really comparable. W NC is poor in certain spots, but Highlands, Asheville, Cashiers, Marshall, Boone, Blowing rock, Hendersonville and several others are very wealthy. Also, because they are closer (and to many, more beautiful, thats an opinion though) they get more vacationers or retirees. That said, if you went somewhere like Sulphur Springs WV, I'm sure you wouldn't have any trouble finding an exotic or two.

Meh well when i drove through the scenic parts of pennsylvania and west virginia i barely saw anything and before you say theyre poor west north carolina is pretty poor too

As William already noted, it’s a pretty popular vacation spot for wealthier families, and there have been numerous exotics posted on here over the years from Highlands and other small WNC towns. Also, the roads are amazing, and if you like driving there really isn’t a better place to spend your time.

Love Highlands. Its actually a pretty good spot for spotting. A lot of wealthy people from Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Florida vacation there. Plus the golf courses are extremely high end.
