The rule isn't clear at all. The reason I'm so picky about these Greenwich spots is because of the other ones that were uploaded pulling out of the car show.

i.e. Bugatti Veyron, Diablo, Dino combo

I'm sure I would have seen this in this exact spot at the exact time even if the Concours wasn't going on, because he never parked anywhere , and then someone saw him go up to Greenwich Ave and go shopping.

We could both be right in the situation. The rule is not very clear.

Spots that MAY QUALIFY as a true spotting:
"Spotting an exotic car on the streets near a car show (not directly outside the show)"
