Haha. It was actually pretty easy. All you have to do is select "Ferrari" under "View Photos by Make/Model," then select "458 Italia." Just keep going back until you reach the last page, and the last photo on that page is the first one updated. This will work for all other cars as well.

Well the FS doesn't have a category, so it's a little harder to tell without looking at every single Continental ever uploaded. I imagine there are a good many on here, though I certainly don't see them very often.
