I've gotten to rev an F-Type V6 S, and I've sat in two F430 Spiders, a 458 Spider, a 550 Maranello, an Elise, an Evora IPS, and probably one or two other cars I've forgotten about. Fastest car I've ever ridden in was probably the fastest car I've ever driven: my uncle's 1999 Camaro Z/28 with a six speed manual.

It really is! I've gotten to ride in my 2 F430's (one coupe one spider) a Murcielago, and gotten to sit at the drivers seat of another F430 Spider and rev it a few times. In the F430 Spider we went 140 on a straightaway with the top down and I have never felt anything like it.

Seems like a lot of these earlier R8s (at least in NC) were sold with manuals. Hope you do get a ride in it though; I've never gotten a ride in an exotic car before, but I'm sure it is an exhilarating experience!

Unfortunately I didn't get to check out the interior, there were some people standing around that started eyeing me after I took a bunch of photos. I guess that's what happens when you crouch down in a parking lot taking photos of cars haha. If it's a six speed that's amazing, hopefully I can get a ride in it at some point as this guy gave me a ride in his black 430 when he had it.
