Yeah, I know, it sucks. It's even been spotted in South San Francisco, where I live. But I don't go around SSF that much except for like Safeway.

I've never seen this but so far I've seen the chrome Rapide twice. I visit SF once a week and pass by a certain spot everytime I go and the last 2 weeks I saw the Rapide parked near Park Presidio
