The majority of NSXs had black pillars and roofs. Body matches pillars and roofs were the more rare specs. Anybody can paint or wrap these pets in black. The wheels can be the 02+ painted championship white. The "H" center taillight is easily changed with 2 nuts or by removing the "A" and installing the "H". There is no way of confirming this is actually a Type R unless the owner chimes in or the VIN is noted.

Did you confirm the VIN because the type R is easily replicated. My friend here in NM has an exact replica. Great catch but you would need to verify VIN to be 100% accurate with your info.
