Here are our official quality guidelines and how we determine if a photo gets featured

We have launched a new rating system that ranks spotters based on the quality of their photo submissions. The new ranking system adds a gaming element to the site and rewards those who upload good quality photos consistently.  

ExoticSpotter has some of the most devoted and knowledgeable exotic car fanatics on the planet, and we want to give you the opportunity to share your unique knowledge with the rest of the community. 

What we'd like to do is create a unique summary page for every exotic car on the site. The summary will give an overview of the car, its history, interesting facts and figures, and any other information you think should be included.

We will be displaying the summaries on the main index pages for each make and model (like this: Ferrari Enzo) and will give recognition to all members who contributed to the summary.  

Many of us like to go spotting. We may walk downtown, sit on a curb for a few hours or even chase down cars. The problem is, you never know what you might see. Some days you may have a good day, with lots of spots, or some days you may be out there for hours and not even see a Corvette. Here is my guide of where to spot.

Prices of super cars aren’t always based on performance. Sometimes, the brand of car is where the hefty price tag comes in. These statistics are based on MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price), the performance, and the specifications of the car, excluding styling because some people may think a car has a nice design to it, others may not.

Mercedes Benz is no exception to this rule with their new 2014 SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive. We've seen the SLS E-Cell concept, and like that, the Electric Drive does not look much different from the standard SLS.

We all remember the 2001 Lotus Esprit V8. It was a good car but after awhile, it wasn’t so pleasing. The Esprit is one of the most iconic Lotus street cars around, and one of the rarer ones too.
