A grey Ferrari 458 Speciale. Later on the same day, I was in a car park, looking for cars. I looked off the balcony, and staring back at me was a Rosso Corsa Ferrari F430 Spyder. I didn't have my camera, but my friend had a cell phone, so I took one horrible photo. I consider them both a miss, because the photo needed vast colour editing, just to be legible.

Missed an F-Type R Coupe this past Thursday. Also passed up a red 991 GT3 last semester because I didn't have any of my cameras on me. Otherwise I definitely would've got it.

Watching Doug DeMuro's R63 AMG video reminded me that I missed the only R63 AMG I ever saw.

Doug said that the only other one he's ever seen was on the SF Bay Bridge, so I'd bet that we saw the same one.

Missed the Veyron 'Pur Blanc', an Aventador, 4 Audi R8s (3 in Calgary), Ferraris 458 Speciale, 360, F430 x2, and 149. Nissan GT-R Nismo, several Dodge Vipers, and that is what I can remember this minute.

I also think I missed a Huayra/Zonda in Calgary. All I saw was the top half, but that was enough that I am 80% certain.

Just several days ago at a rainy Monday: a nicely specced red F12berlinetta behind a truck on the freeway. It was going on the opposite lane. Regretted it. Very very much.

Nothing I saw in person, at least recently, but Saturday evening before sunset there was a metallic yellow F12TDF with black and silver stripes at a nearby hotel. We were at HEB about 5 miles from there and then got home. That's when somebody finally told me it was there. Driving 15 miles back up there especially when it was going to be dark in less than 20 minutes seemed like a bad idea. I decided to check the next day. It wasn't there. :(

Considering this F12TDF has been seen around the area before I'm sure I'll see it again. Not blaming the guy who told me because at least he did, but had I gotten earlier notice we coulda just drove up there from HEB lol but oh well.

This past week has been full of awful misses. As if missing the TDF wasn't bad enough last Saturday:

I missed a stripeless black Challenge Stradale with red interior at the mall. As soon as I got up there I saw it and it was leaving. No way I could get a photo of it. Yesterday I didn't even go to the mall and missed a red Speciale with black dual stripes and carbon fiber sideskirts in the same place. No words. And then a minor miss but still bad: there was also an MC Stradale. Outside of the one I see on my college campus that is always on the move, I haven't spotted an MC Stradale since 2016.

Jesus Christ I thought I lived at the mall already enough! I guess not. Hopefully no more misses this week.

Today I missed an all original Lamborghini 400GT 2+2 on the highway today in San Diego because I left me phone at the Verizon store to fix my screen and get my camera fixed too. This would have been my third in the wild, and my second on camera if I had only had my device with me. Still upset about missing this amazing car :(
