What exactly is special about it? I realize it's tuned but does it have any special qualities or whatever.
This, and to my knowledge it is the first one spotted in America.

I'm telling you, the back matched the kit down to every last detail. This is a TopCar Stinger.

Can't anyone with a Turbo S decide to get the body kit? What makes this kit makes it almost impossible to spot?

Who would pay around 40,000$ for some kit just to depreciate the value of their 200,000$-ish car and don't even look that special.

It's a 911 Turbo, it'll be 20+ years by the time those even think about starting to appreciate again, and by then I doubt the owner will still care about it.
