Also is there a website where you can see if a car is a kit car by putting in the license plate?

Best I know of is VinWIKI, an app I have that you can post pictures for cars based off the plate or VIN. It reads license plates, but no antique or pre-1981 cars

Because I went event and wild spotting on Sunday and got too many pictures, so I just shared cars that were considered exotics.

Today, my friend spotted an AMG GT-R at the 7-11 I usually spot at, so I raced up there to see if it would come back. About an hour in, I heard a voice behind me, so I turned around. Someone called the cops on me. Luckily, the officer was very understanding, and said as long as I wasn't breaking laws, I was fine.
