Usually they can go into work late, since they are the CEO haha. I see a lot during commuter hours though. I also see a lot from 4-6 P.M.

Ya I'm hoping it doesn't rain...although I drove through the area once while it was raining and saw a Ferrari California and then a Rolls Royce Phantom Comvertible about five minutes later (tops up of course!).

They own small to medium size business and therefore do allot of their banking and surveying and whatever else their company needs themselves during work hours. That or they're retired and 10-12 is when retired people tend to be out and about.
