It's weird that you've seen a few expensive cars with NC plates up there. I don't think I've ever seen an exotic with Wisconsin plates before....lots of SC exotics, and a few New Jersey and California (for some reason) cars though.

There are tons of cars going in different directions and that are parked

if it has stickers and is even near the checkpoint, it should be illegal, beccause you know exactly what is going to be there and when it's going to be there, so it really isn't a spot. that's my opinion.
